Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited, at 2gt99's sole discretion, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where an account is terminated for reasons other than breach, the player's verified real-money balance will be returned via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Termination by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 2gt99 support team. Prior to closure you must withdraw any remaining balance. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen under these Terms prior to the date of closure.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

Entire Agreement

Severability

Waiver
